Lynda Croft

Leaving school at 16, I trained in RAD & ISTD ballet and modern dance.
Aged 18 I left for Paris and performed as a professional dancer on stage for 15 years. Alongside my dance I trained at The Studio in Paris with Philippe Taupin who was one of the first people to introduce Pilates to France. Pilates helped with my injuries from dance and kept me strong and supple for my day-to-day performances.

Returning to England after having my first son, I found SpineCare Pilates with Cherry Baker. Since qualifying to teach Spinecare Pilates I have taken further training with Cherry and now teach Reformer Pilates, Mummilates and Barre Pilates. I am forever learning and am getting more knowledgeable in this great and ever-expanding world of Pilates.

Debbie Hanson

Our Deb’s (as we refer to her) has been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for 30+ years (Debbie won’t say exactly how long). For 15 of those years Debbie has been teaching Pilates and qualified to teach SpineCare Pilates nearly 4 years ago. Away from the Studio Debbie runs a facebook page for single ladies which has proved extremely popular. In her down time our Deb’s can also be found rambling around the local High Peak countryside with her dog and faithful companion, Finn.
